Business Development Manager

The purpose of this job description is to communicate the responsibilities and duties associated with the position of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities across domestic and international markets. This individual manages client relationships, leads sales cycles, and ensures revenue targets are met while promoting KRK Technologies’ products and services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients in Pakistan and international markets.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Lead client meetings, demos, and proposal negotiations.

Operations Manager

The purpose of this job description is to communicate the responsibilities and duties associated with the position of Operations Manager. The Operations Manager position is responsible for ensuring profitable management related to projects, maintenance, and network services. This person will provide direction and leadership through goal setting, establishing procedures and quality standards while managing staff in a team environment. Accountable for financial performance, safety, staffing and quality for operations function.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of major project/service management experience in Telecommunications, computer Network or Construction Industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and multiple managers.
  • Detailed working knowledge of technical installation (and service) products, materials, and processes.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop individual people (career path).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the successful management of multiple operational projects through project managers and project supervisors. Maintains knowledge of project status and generates reports as requested regarding schedule and financial status, customer relationship and quality. Visit the job sites, talk with employees and customer representatives
  • Plan operational activities related to bids, (pending/won), jobs in progress and those ending to provide an effective flow of staff, material to minimize LOW status, overhead expense, and transitional problems with employees.
  • Communicate regularly with the customer to clarify the contract, to troubleshoot problems; and to oversee customer needs and quality. Seek opportunities to promote new or additional services with the customer.
  • Ensure that project management policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for administering corporate procedures to increase effectiveness of operation and to design systems to meet local needs with policies and procedures. Seek approval for new policies and procedures.
  • Ensures project time reports are submitted to accounting daily in written format for project tracking. Track all projects (and analyze discrepancies) related to milestones, manpower needs, materials, and margins.
  • Oversee that project materials and tools are accounted for and are managed effectively contributing to project goals.
  • Approve JCOs and other changes to product schedules over designated specifications or estimates within dollar limits delegated.
  • The dollar limit is set at 10% of the original contract amount.
  • Responsible for maintaining staffing for all project staff levels. Work with administration/human resources staff to recruit, select and provide orientation/induction for all new staff.
  • Request staffing support from Admin/HR when additional staff is needed.
  • Identify existing staff for promotion and transfers.
  • Interview candidates for positions (internal and external).
  • Ensure that the orientation/induction process is provided to each operations staff member.
  • Provide coaching and training to project managers and supervisors in manpower scheduling, job changes, contract adjustments, customers/employee/ vendor problems, and any issue impacting job completion and quality.
  • Assist managers in setting goals for project completion, employee training and development safety and MBO completion.
  • Hold regularly scheduled staff meetings for communication, status reporting, training and ideas exchange.
  • Responsible for ensuring that appropriate reporting and training occurs for operations staff related to safety, on-the-job injuries, drug free workplace related issues. Hold safety meetings as required.
  • Manage direct reports to include project managers, project supervisors, warehouse, and support staff.
  • Schedule and assign projects and assignments.
  • Provide training and coaching related to technical, supervisory and customer relations responsibilities.
  • Recommend salary increases, complete performance appraisals in a timely manner, administer discipline, terminate employees when required and administer policies and procedures. Responsible for implementing orientation program.
  • Schedule technical management training for staff.
  • Delegate duties as required for safety and policy implementation.
  • Responsible for technical and Project Management process, quality standards on the job, and ensuring that work is completed to KRK Technologies, industry and contract specifications.
  • Prepare operating procedures in support of the KRK Project Management System.
  • Help managers and staff to set quality goals.
  • Reinforce quality through one-on-one meetings, oversite, audits, staff meetings, memos, posters or other means.
  • Manage the financial aspects of projects ensuring that jobs are completed within acceptable margins and understand the calculations of field margins. Track jobs milestones analyzing costs to bid projections.
  • Train project managers and supervisors in calculations of margins and accounting techniques.
  • Prepare financial reports on projects monthly and more often as requested.
  • Utilize the computer to input data and generate reports and train subordinates in use.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget related to gross margins/cost of sales items.
  • Coordinate activities between operations and sales, engineering and materials ensuring that there is communication regarding awarded projects, including JCOs, QA, and customer satisfaction. Participate in final bid decision.
